Hi all,
Since getting that un-answered (and let's be frank, useless stall-tactic) from our favourite friend, I have emailed him no less than four times...and it's only been two days since that time! I have not received a single reply...despite ALL of these later emails starting-off with Large (point 16 text)
CAPITALISED RED [/size]letters telling him he needs to contact me and sort this problem out ASAP or I will go and file a dispute...I have heard nothing...he's ignoring me...no doubt hoping I will just give-up and go away...
I have just filed a complaint with PayPal over the matter.
Has anyone here had to go to this level? And if so, may I ask what the outcome was?
