I have been looking for info on the chipset for this player but have not been able to find any yet.
There seems to be modded vesions all over the place, done already by owners!
This will make this a popular player! that is good news for all owners that like to personalise our players.
For sure it's not a Rockchip with .fwu firmware format.

err, They can actually, as mentioned on the Rock-Chips website, I think its just the lazy Rockchip programmers haven't bothered to implement it, just like proper Id3 tagging
