I've done it with my Onda VX858.
For skinning Onda VX858(LE) you need the latest version of RKLogoEdit version 1.0.0.17 which is in Chinese, I will upload it soon, anyway you can take it from Onda/BBS (It have been down the last 2 days).
This version comes with LST files for Onda players integrated, then it's not needed of LST files.
The only problem it has is is Chinese so you have to change some parameters in your PC OS to work with Chinese characters, here is an explanation how to do this
