from your support i try step by step but my player ONDA VX858LE look like onda vx858 can not connect to "ROCK USB" upgrade mode (i switch off my player by
reset hole and press MENU key and hold it while i plug USB cable) ...( If connecting the cable when the player is in its new "idle mode" (can see all icons etc but only the lower left button is registered when pushed, and shows icon as if the player is locked with the on/off button - when left button is pushed!) - I get a Windows message like: USB Device Not Recognized ...same "
