It's not that nobody cares, it's just this forum site is very busy at times and sometimes we don't get to cover every post posted in the forums.
Trust me, we DO care. If I didn't care, I wouldn't have created this site in the first, yet along having to fund it myself and have it running for almost two years now!

The site gets on average 50 posts and 10 new topics created per day. Since it's a freely run site and not funded by anyone, we (me and everyone here) help out as much as we can in our spare time as it's not a full time job (I wish it was as I would love to be on this site full time).
