no - mine definitely listing by sing tag name.
if i go in by artist then i get long list of all songs by that artist, not list of albums then songs.
BTW mine are in WMA wonder if that is a problem of song order - i will check this by loading album of mp3
BTW firmware version on my player
13.00.10.1015 - and plays FLV - did you say yours could play FLV or not
