pimp_daddy , there is no way to retract any feedback from ebay. The only way for you to do so is to seek a court order or participate in SquareTrade (a 3rd party mediation, which you need to pay to be a member) for the removal of it. Sounds ridiculous, but true.

Never ship the player back. Most cases you would end up with no player and no refund, as seen from the many others in the forum in the past. Many such sellers would say they "did not receive" your player (if you sent via normal airmail), when they actually did as there is no way to trace it.
Other cases would be sending via trackable registered mail, but they would play with the 60day ebay limit and delay response, and of course not refund. So once the 60day lapsed, ebay and paypal are not obligated to investigate any claims as per their policy.
