pimp_daddy , i'll probably go for the partial refund option if the offer is reasonable.

Opting for the full refund, you would have paid for 2 postages (seller to you, and you to seller), and got no player. As usually the "full refund" is only for the purchase price, and not postage.

His claim of 4GB would likely be another lie. No way would i trust him to send a "real 4GB".

Do consider the partial refund, as when you escalate to a claim, Paypal would usually close the case by asking you to send the player back (at your cost) for a refund of the purchase price only.
