Default Bribery and Corruption

I have recently purchased a 4GB (well it said that capacity on the advert! ) from an eBay trader.
Using the excellent information on this site I have removed the memory hack... it is a 2GB model (not as bad as some hacked units judging by the forums)
Prior to carrying out the memory hack removal I was having issues with the player. After reading the forums I copied 3.5GB of data to it, when I then tried to view this data my computer displayed various errors. (Viewing the properties for one of the folders I copied, Windows XP reported the size as 12GB!!)

This is feedback I left for the eBay trader. flashdatong

Item received was a hacked 2GB player in minimal packaging, sent from Hong Kong!

This is the response.

I have opened the player and it has the hynix 2GB chip installed.
As it is just about worth what I paid for it (£19.50) I will be keeping it.

What do you think I should do now?
