WMA format error
Hi all!! What a wonderful community I have found!!
Very new to this, but I have a problem with my "shanghai direct" that I cant seem to solve. My 4 gb player is great...all seems to be in order...but the thing just wont play any music in WMA format. Everything seems to indicate that it should support this format, but once loaded I just keep getting the message.."format error" and the song wont play. Any suggestions??
