notgoodatanything , you might want to format your player using MP3 Utilities Disk Tools, the guide is here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-re...ck-vt2400.html

In some cases, the memory might be hacked to show larger than it actually is (eg 1GB hacked to 4 or 8GB). Usually after a format when the memory is back to normal, file storage would be back to normal.
