kdawg , as a rule of thumb, many 4GB clone players are hacked, and for 8GB most definitely so.

For the 1st links, "popdeal" looks ok, but there are many negative feedbacks on faulty players and slow shipping.
For "you.must.have", 8GB is definitely hacked. There are many negative feedbacks on this.

For the 2nd links, "coolgames4you" looks ok too, but many negative feedbacks on faulty items.

The 3rd links, looks to be the clone or oem version of the onda player. Should be ok as they are general Rockchip based and usually won't be memory hacked.

The 4th link, is likely to be a Rockchip player, and generally should be ok.

i would stay away from the 1st linked players as they are likely to be hacked. The 2 player in the 2nd links by "popdeal" uses an Actions chipset, which as compared to Rockchip, has lower quality.

The remaining players should be fine, but don't upgrade any firmware as mentioned in one of the auctions, as it would very likely brick it instead.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29
