hello, i have same problem my mp4 , when iam pres power on jut show this message "BIOS 3221-MLC-SPI-SPEED-9320-H V7.1" and when statr up show this insert usb line and press [up] to usbdisk, press [down] to formatting!press other key to bios, pls help how to solve this problem
