so my hacha pa20 stopped working on me out of no where. the player first became undetectable , showing as "unrecognized usb" on my windows. eventually, the player woudlnt turn on anymore. also, the player sound quality was HORRIBLE b4 it died out.

im new to this forum and i saw the recovery guide. thing is, i have NO idea on how to open the pa20. any suggestions on what i should do?
