Because I cant get my old MP4 player workin and nobody seems to can help me ( you can?

To avoid the problem I had with my first one, I would like to know how to make a backup of my firmware (mybe full version, too?). It looks like my new MP4 player is using the MP3 Player Utilities tool, too.
