newit99 sold me two 4GB MP4 players that turned out to be 1GB. He even left me negative feedback for my neutral. He did offer me a $8 refund for each player, but then refunded me the whole amount. Now I can't pay him the agreed amount because his PayPal account is on hold

lilaiching, but not received it yet. When I asked him he said the player was actually a 2GB not 4GB and will give full refund if I'm not happy.
