Default Frozen hourglass screen and computer no longer recognizes it
I'm sure this must have been answered before but I'm terribly slow at finding answers.

I have a Chinese MP4 8GB that was working just fine in all functions then decided to fail to reboot on power up. The hourglass is frozen not moving and the computer no longer recognizes the drive via USB connection. How do I snap it out of it's pathetic state?
