It doesn't matter how the picture was made, that's an Actions player, period.
No, unfortunately i don't recognize the second one. But if you say it's similar to yours, then it may be based on an ALi chipset too.
Still, that doesn't bring us any closer to editing that firmware, and honestly, i don't think it's worth the effort.
