My mp4 player won't start up. I was turning it on and off like 7 times in a row while connected to my computer and didn't use the 'safely remove hardware' (yeah, I was just silly). Now when I turn it on it shown black screen with a frozen hourglass. I tried hold the pause/start key, or let battery go flat, both ways still won't get it to work. It does however still appear on my computer as USB2.0 ADSU Device. So I followed the 'dead player recovery guide', skipping the 'short the pin' part as it already shown up as ADSU Device. I've download the firmware on this site, and used the MP3 Update Tool 4.15 from the CD that comes with my mp4. The problem is that after the pop up saying mp4 is in recovery mode, i then selected the firmware, and another pop up box pops up saying "Waiting for connecting device" then nothing happens, seems like it can't really establish a link with my computer to upload the firmware? Please help......... Thanksssssssssssss
