hi there i done the dead player recovery guide my pc has finally updated the adfu driver after many failed attempts the device is now being recognised as a usb adfu device i have got to the stage where i open up the utilities tool i get to this Now in recover state, and the default firmware filre is in a mp3 utilities i have is there anyway i can stop it trying to install the default firmware as nothing seems to happen when i click ok mp3 player still black screen and nothing on pc to say it is updating firmware on pc task manager it is showing up as still active but nothing happening

any ideas on how this can be sorted.

update i now get the correct message when i start up utilities but then i cant select which firmware i wish to recover etc etc so form that message how can i recover the firmware as nothin happening beyond that point
