hello. i have a dead q-be+s 2gb supportplus
when i try to charge it, the display says ready and it shows that it charges but when i remove it the display is dead. pc doesnt recognize it..anybody can help me with this problem?where can i find a driver and a firmware for it? or how can i resolve the problem? waiting for an answer, thank you
