I have been able to use the MP3 Player Utilities 4.09 previously with no problems. I tried to use it today and I kept getting a box attempting to install it and then an error message. I came here to look for a solution and then decided to download and install MP3 Player Utilities 4.15.

I uninstalled 4.09 and then installed 4.15. After the install was complete I then clicked the AMV convert utility, and sat waiting........and waiting........and waiting........etc. I had a look at the Task manager and it is showing the convert tool is running, but it's not visible, I can't see it. I then tried to stop it through task manager but it's refusing to stop.

If anyone has suffered something similar then could you please advise. My kids are asking me to put films on there MP4 players but until I can convert them I can't.

Maybe if someone can tell me which is the most stable version of MP4 utilities and I'll try that.

By The Way. I am a victim of Haillaite (spelling ??) I purchased two 4gb glacier players, which turned out to be only 1 gb. I purchased another 4gb from another seller which turned out to be only 2gb. Looking to get an MP4 player for myself shortly and I'll be using tinydeals.
