Default Re: Invalid format when playing vidoes on iPhone look-a-like

Hi k_thao24,

Do you have a photo of your player or links to where you bought it from?

I can only think of a few reasons why you get the error:

1. You might have bad memory blocks or the memory has been hacked. It's quite common with "invalid format" error messages. So, try FORMATTING your player, then upload videos to it and see if that works.

2. Some players needs to have a SPECIFIC screen resolution so you might want to check this. The best thing to do is to look at the SAMPLE VIDEO that came with your player see what format that is and what the resolution is.

3. Lastly, it coud actually be in a different video FORMAT altogether. Some are .SMV, .AMV, .AVI etc. SO the "invalid format" could mean that it's actually not in the correct format for your player to read it.
