What software are you looking for? Is this the software to convert the videos for the player?
Do you have a photo of the player? There are various converting tools available and it depends on the chipset your player uses.
Also, if you can, go into the [System] or [Setup] menu and look for "firmware info" and tell us what version firmware you have. This will also give us a better indication on what chipset it uses so you can find the correct converter.
