Hi there, I've got the same MP4 from DealExtreme, but it seems I have a different firmware than yours, I don't know if better or not. But there are at least 2 different firmwares for this unit, now that we can extract it I think we can try them all.

http://www.mympxplayer.org/sunplus-s...al-vt8674.html You can get FRM Pro from the Download section of this page, put it on download mode by pressing the UP button while plugging the USB cable (with the unit switched off). Backup your firmware and upload it so we can play with all the versions out there..
