You will need to do the following firstly:
1. Open up your player, run through the
Dead Player Recovery Guide (at the top of this forum section as a "sticky") to recover your player.
2. Then post your player's
board ID.
3. Try searching for your firmware on our [Downloads] section - link on the left hand side. Got to [Firmware] and try to find it here or search for it using the "
Search Downloads" on the left hand side menu bar too.

But more importantly, you need to find out MORE INFORMATION about your player and that involves opening up your player.
