I have moved your post into the "Bad Sellers/Blacklist" section of the forum so hopefully if someone does a Google search they will stumble on these two bad traders.
There is always a risk factor involved when buying from eBay and overseas sellers.
Personally, if it's something I can get easily here, ie: RAM, I would buy it from NZ instead. Try going to
www.pbtech.co.nz as they have some really good prices for RAM, or
www.pricespy.co.nz to find comparisons.
