So I tried to upgrade the firmware to improve the touch sensitivity on this

is there a way to get it back? I dont see how I can take it apart...there are no screws or words on the player
like when I turn it on t he screen is white...I plug it up to the compter it recognizes it as another drive but the firmware upadterr doesnt find it...
