My player doesn't work anymore. I get blue screen with hourglass.
I have tried to reinstall firmware, but somethings is wrong.

http://www.s1fw.com/Actions-AK102X/list_10_2.html, but I can't install the firmware. MP3 Player Upgrade Tool get error " firmware's protocol is not same as the previous firmware's,please exit tools and select firmware.
