Best video settings for vx858le clone!
hello i would like to know what the best settings for an onda vx858le clone for a full dvd would be to keep video and audio in sync. please help. and thanks in advance. I have done a bit of testing and i found that 320x240 360kb video at 24fps with 80kb mp2 audio plays smoothly and audio stays in sync. now if i could get a program that accepts dvd imput and does multipass encoding the video quality should greatly improve at that setting. anyone know of software that does this?
