Thanks for the reply asino1966. I do not have acces to an identical working player. That information was given to me by the seller, and he doesn't want / know how to use s1clone. I can't return the player because it's scratched and I already opened it to see the board id, and the producer will not refund. My guess is that the fw is too new and that I have to wait for it to appear on
www.s1fw.com or elsewhere. I already found firmware for B631 board v1.1 but it doesn't work (it's for ATJ2091 chip). Mine is B631 v3.1 and the chip is ATJ2097N. I don't know what type my fw should be. I tought that it's 9.0.48 but all versions of 9.0.48 I tried, made my player to be seen as an ADFU device. All versions of 9.1.52, made the player an USB Flash Disk, so they have the USB library compatible with the player's. I really don't know what to do anymore but to wait and wait some more for some miracle to appear. Thanx again for the reply. Best of luck
