I got the picture now: at the chinese site there are several areas, of wich the "interesting" ones are not for free. It seems like there is also the open area where people (chinese talking people, i´m afraid) can upload public stuff, but when you search, the search goes over all the free and not free stuff. Later when you try to download a given file, if by any chance it comes from the free area, Lucky You! If not... well, you must keep trying and looking elsewhere bro. Sorry...
