Hi cridder,

It depends on the chipset of your player.

In your player's menu, go to "Setup" and find an item called "firmware info" or "firmware version".

Let us know the firmware version and that will generally give you a good idea what chipset it is. Then we can suggest a suitable tool based on your player's chipset as they are different depending on the chipset used in your player.
