Honestly... I don't know
However, I have an idea:
For video codec select "none", and then add
-ovc xvid -xvidencopts bitrate=$VBITRATE$ in Extra parameters -> mencoder.
This will override the xvid codec settings that viDrop uses, and will use the standard default codec settings.
Maybe the problem is there... but I am not sure at all...
I am not very familiar with VX747, and don't know what A/V codecs it can play. If it can play different codecs (other than xvid/mp2), then it is a good idea to try some other Audio/Video codec combination.
