Hi. Well, most of us would like that our player's battery last forever; but this is impossible, so we're fine if we can make that the battery last a long time.
I thought about adding a switch for controlling the electricity sent to the player's screen. My look weird to have 2 switches on a player, but very useful.
But why? Isn't the screen suposed to turn off after a few seconds of inactivity? Well... No. It enters on a DarkMode (that says my player). If you put in under the sun and look at the screen, you'll se the players is still "printing" or showing, for example, the radio station, battery's state, vol, etc.
My idea is to put a switch between the brown-orange cable (theorically, not cutting and pasting...) and the player. So the switch may controll the electricity this way:
- ON Energy from the player to the switch, from the switch to the screen and then back to the player
- OFF Energy from the player to the switch and then back to the player
I just have an idea about electricity, so maybe this may not be functional... That's why I'm asking here.
So, my questions are:
Is this possible to make? and if it does
How to make it?
Thanks for any comments (positives or negatives) and help.
