I have mp3 player utilities 5.09 (the newst I could find), I restarted my PC and plug the device as you suggested but itīs always detected as a "Player recovery device class" (initially shows STMP3500 to install the driver). I install the default windows driver and I have my Player recovery device class in good condition but without any USB devices, so I canīt upgrade anything.
