Default blank blue screen. PC can't detect device
i bought a mp3/mp4 1 week ago.. its 2GB,2" screen. i load some song and videos. later i on the player but it cannot boot (cannot come to operating mode). still in blue screen for a long long time.. my PC also cannot detect the device.. plzz help me. wats the problem occured. whether it is a dead player or not. plzz help. (my firmware is ACU751 ZX 6138L TLSK U1.1 2007 05 08)
