Default No songs are loaded onto the player

 I have no name MP4 player. It has 16GB etched on the back. It also has the trademark for "apple" etched on the back. When it boots up the "apple" trademark appears on the screen, but it does not resemble any Apple MP3/4 players on the market.

My problem is the firmwear has somehow become corrupted. I opened the case and recorded the name's on the IC chips. It has a Samsung 734 k9G8G08UOMDCBO. It also has a Rock Chip RK 2606A B70706 0727. There is another chip which has N N Y (in the spaces I left open, there are upsidedown V's). This number is on the chip, NT56V1616AOT-7. When I load songs on the player it looks OK until I disconnect it from the computer and try to play the songs. Message comes up on the screen that says no songs are loaded on the player. I also cannot get into setup and change any settings.

This started when I was loading MP3 files on the unit. The player locked-up on one download and after I stopped the process with Task Manager and disconnected the player from the USB port I could not get it to work. I have tried to use some of the utilities here, but I cannot view the Firmwear file. Help, Help
