Found more info about my MP4 into it, but it wasn't useful. Maybe there is FW which will work on my MP4?
On LCD is AL-177E-SK2 070913
On board under display and on the side of buttons - TJ121V10 2006.10.19
On memory - SAMSUNG 737 K9LAG08U0M PCB0 CSH65988
CPU(i think) - AK1025 70008BA 0GB
And on the back cover is - YGY401022
