If it plays AMV files it will have a decent quality video. Not great, but good. If you want a superior quality video try a player that uses AVI files. For $80 another thing you need to look at is memory size. AMV files generally take up more space than AVI, so you could get an unbranded Rockchip player or Telcast or Meizu maybe with a little less memory for around the same price.
