A friends touch screen mp4 from
www.tinydeal.com was upgraded with the latest firmware from that site, but now, the player works except you cannot do anything with it. It is stuck on "locked" (hold) so you cannot do anything or access the upgrade mode, ANY help is highly appreciated.
I have 2 weeks to fix it before they go away.
