I have a mp4 player that has a small reset button and i used that button to reset it. Afther that i saw that there was nothing on the screen, but it was detected by the copmuter and i upgraded my original firmware from the small cd that comes with the player and it remained blocked at the blue screen with a hourglass
i don't have any switch to turn it off.
