Default JAGUAR JG-900 MP4 Player: Hangs when playing a music file


Please help me with my MP4 Player: JAGUAR JG-900 it is a japan made MP4. radio, movie, recording works fine.. only music file doesn't, it hangs whenever i try to play a music file.. i am considering to upgrade the firmware but there is no upgrade support online...

FIRMWARE VERSION: ipod v1.0a

i wonder why its firmware is IPOD since my mp4 is not that branded..
