I have an OEM KG216 that I tried to put new firmware on (from the CD provided) but I think I bricked my player. It flashes on and off and is non-responsive to the buttons or the reset button. The player wont stay on long enough for my computer to recognize there is anything in the USB. Before I completely void any warranty by opening it up, will this process work for me?
