I can't help you very much, but regarding your player memory I think that it's hacked, so I suggest you to read this topic:
How To Remove Memory Hack
and for the folders, I think that there is a limited number that you can put on your player...But maybe, someone more skilled than me, can tell you what you exactly should do.
