Hi dobo_d1,

Has this problem just started or has it started from the beginning since you first got your player?

In your player's menu, go to "Setup" and try to find an item that saids "Firmware Version" or something similar. Post the version number as that will give us a good clue what chipset it uses.

Another thing for you to try regarding your "full memory" problem is a DIFFERENT USB CABLE. The cable might be faulty so not letting you connect to it properly and your computer not recognising it properly. Looking at it, it seems to be a CORRUPTION in your players' memory and a FORMAT should help resolve this problem. If you can get another USB cable then FORMAT your player again, then let us know what the result is, that would be great.

Let us konw.
