I just received my new mp3 player made in hong kong buy on ebay.
here the pic :
It was a 8go on the description, i see 8go on windows xp ok, but in the settings of the mp3 player it tell me it's a 4go !
I try to add some mp3 on it, lots of errors in windows...
When 4go is reached, impossible to add others mp3, the mp3 freeze and been disconnected from the pc... So i really sure it's a 8go memory hacked.
I'm scared to remove the memory hack cause i don't want to have a 1go or 2go mp3 player...
Do you think if i apply the removing memory hack the real memory size is 4go or it can be less ?
We can know in advance before use the removing tool ?

PS : do you know if a mp3 player with hacked memory use more battery or it use the same power with a normal memory ?
