Hi Sancezz,

So you've managed to fix it the first time by formatting your player using the software program right? Do you remember which one it was? Also try looking in the CD that came with your player for the software.

Have you also tried formatting it withint WINDOWS itself to see if that helps? What's the size of your player's memory?
