Hi and welcome to the board. I don't believe there is anyway to fix something that has already been converted. The only thing I can think of would be to download VirtualDub found here:
Using Virtual Dub to improve you AMV conversions and you might be able to work on it a little bit, but I really don't think it can fix a converted video much. It is, however, an excellent program to improve video before conversion.
