I am going to see about returning this item to the seller as there are too many problems to solve.....I plug in first and my system picks up a virus, that it cleans...then need to reboot to get the thing to read in computer.

Then files I cannot delete that return with 0kb and say they are corrupt...i try to remove with my unlocker...occasionally can remove thru deleting thru the player...touch and go, on and off....video that wont play...etc.

Yes the player I have is the same in the picture with screws on side...and I have tried to load the avi, flash as they come from youtube and using converter to make smaller to mp4 file ...nothing works. I downloaded what you suggested? Not sure how to use it at this stage to resolve issues...which are overwhelming me as I have spent hours figuring out how to use this Chinese player.

I must have a lemon.
